Oakwood Women’s Ministry
Welcome. This page will have information related to the Oakwood Women’s Ministry and the activities they will be hosting. The focus of the ministry is to engage the women of Oakwood in both interesting and entertaining activities as well as foster spiritual growth and fellowship. The focus of each event is Faith, Fun, and Food. Our hope is to create a fun environment, to grow in faith, and of course we would not be Baptist if food wasn’t involved! We look forward to getting to know you and building lasting, faith based relationships. Please note that the women’s ministry is reserved for women 18 and over please. Have you ever wanted to create a quilt from scratch like your grandmother might have done? Well join the Oakwood Crafter on Saturday, April 12th from 9:00am – 12:00pm at the church. For more information and/or to let us know you plan to attend, please email us. While the main focus will be quilting, other crafting enthusiasts are also encouraged to attend for fellowship and crafting discussion.
Join us on Saturday, May 10th at 10:00am at the church as the men host our annual Mother’s Day Brunch. Great time for fellowship and enjoying breakfast with friends.
